s We have substantial experience of litigation before the Petty Debts Court, the Royal Court and the Court of Appeal. Litigation is not however the only way forward. Our litigators regularly make use of mediation and arbitration as alternatives. Mediation has recently been used to achieve very successful outcomes for clients in both building disputes and a significant medical negligence claim.
